County Scheme Order, Wexford No. 3, 1929.

COUNTY SCHEME ORDER, WEXFORD NO. 3, 1929.

To the Council of the Administrative County of Wexford; to the Wexford Board of Health and Public Assistance; and to all others whom it may concern:

WHEREAS in pursuance of Section 5 of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act,") the Minister for Local Government did, by an Order under his Seal of Office bearing date the 28th day of June, 1923; called the Wexford County Scheme Order, 1923, amend and modify the existing County Scheme for the Administrative County of Wexford as set forth in the First Schedule to the Act in such manner as to bring it into conformity with the provisions set forth in the Schedule to the said Order, and did substitute the same for the provisions of the said existing County Scheme (which provisions as so substituted are hereinafter referred to as "the Wexford County Scheme"):

AND WHEREAS in pursuance of the said Section, the Minister for Local Government did by Order under his Seal of Office, bearing date the 1st day of October, 1923, amend the Wexford County Scheme:

AND WHEREAS I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, deem it necessary to amend the Wexford County Scheme in manner hereinafter appearing, and did on the 3rd day of November, 1928, give to the Council of the Administrative County of Wexford one month's notice of my intention to make such amendment, and have taken into consideration any representation which has been made to me by the said Council within such month in respect of such amendment:

NOW THEREFORE I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers given to me by Section 5 of the Act, and of all other powers in this behalf enabling me, the said month having expired, do, by this my Order, order and direct as follows, that is to say:—

1. From and after the date hereof, paragraph (c) of sub-article (i) of Article 15 of the Wexford County Scheme shall cease to have effect and the said Scheme shall be read and construed as if there were therein substituted in place of the said paragraph (c), the following paragraph:—

(c) A Fever Hospital at New Ross for the treatment of cases of infectious and contagious diseases.

2. This Order may be cited as the Wexford County Scheme (No. 3) Order, 1929.
