Evidence of proceedings.
|
11.—A copy of any consent, approval, sanction, decision, resolution or special resolution of the Conference or any committee thereof which shall be signed by the President or vice-President, or acting vice-President, and by the Secretary or acting Secretary for the time being of the Conference shall be received as prima facie evidence of such consent approval sanction decision resolution or special resolution having been duly given made or passed as the case may be and of the validity of the same in all Courts and before all Justices, Officers and persons whomsoever.
