WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1906. ]

Regulations dated 28th day of February, 1927, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under Section 12 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, amending for the purpose of returns relating to the year 1926 the Regulations dated 8th day of January, 1927, made under the aforesaid Section.

In pursuance of the powers conferred on me by Section 12 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, as adapted by the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and all other powers me enabling, I hereby make the following Regulations :—

1. The Regulations dated 8th January, 1927, made under Section 12 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, are hereby amended as regards the returns required pursuant thereto for the year 1926, as follows :—

(i) The date on or before which such returns for the year 1926 shall be sent to the Director of Statistics, Department of Industry and Commerce, shall be the first day of April, 1927.

(ii) Notwithstanding anything contained in the second Schedule to the said Regulations of 8th January, 1927, an employer who carries on more than one factory industry (Class (i) in the first Schedule to the said Regulations of 8th January, 1927) may, when making returns for the year 1926, make one separate return for all such factory industries.
