REGISTER OF ENTERTAINMENTS REGULATIONS, 1927.

Order made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce, dated 26th July, 1927, under Section 181 of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 :

Under the powers conferred on him by Section 181 of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (hereinafter called the Act), and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Register of Entertainments Regulations, 1927, and shall come into operation when Part VII of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 , comes into operation.

2. The register of public entertainments to be kept under Section 181 of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Schedule hereto and shall be a book securely bound.

3. The particulars of the entertainment and of the person holding the same to be entered in the register shall be those indicated in the form.

4. For the purpose of entry in the register of public entertainments the person for whose profit or, if the entertainment is not held for the profit of any person promoting it, the person under whose control the dramatic work or entertainment in dumb show or choreographic work or cinematograph production is presented or the recitation, lecture, address or speech is delivered shall be deemed to be the person holding the entertainment, and the word " person " shall include any body of persons corporate or unincorporate.
