Coroners' returns.

23.—(1) Every coroner shall on or before the first day of February in each year make and transmit to the Minister for Justice a return in writing, in such form and containing such particulars as the Minister from time to time directs, of all cases in which an inquest has been held by him, or by his deputy, during the year ended on the thirty-first day of December immediately preceding.

(2) In addition to the yearly returns to be furnished under the foregoing sub-section, every coroner shall, as and when required by the Minister for Justice, furnish to the Minister returns in relation to inquests held and deaths inquired into by him in such form and containing such particulars as the Minister may direct.
