THE ELECTORAL (REVISION OF CONSTITUENCIES) ACT, 1935.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Electoral (Revision of Constituencies) Act, 1935 , does hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Electors Lists, etc., (Marking of Title-page) Order, 1936.

(2) In this Order the expression "the Act" means the Electoral (Revision of Constituencies) Act, 1935 .

2. The Electors Lists, etc., (Marking of Title-page) Order, 1935, shall cease to have effect.

3. Where the constituency in which a registration unit was situate at the passing of the Act (in this Order referred to as "the existing constituency") is not identical in area and name with the constituency in which such registration unit is situate under the provisions of the Act (in this Order referred to as "the new constituency") the following provisions shall apply in respect of the title-page of every electors list, list of claimants, list of objections, and register of electors prepared after the 15th day of November, 1935, under the First Schedule to the Electoral Act, 1923 , before the commencement of the Act, that is to say:—

(1) The constituency to be shown in such title-page in pursuance of the provisions of the Electoral Order, 1936, shall be the new constituency.

(2) Such title-page shall also be marked with the name of the existing constituency as follows—
