LANDING OF CARCASES ORDER OF 1926, AMENDMENT ORDER.

(DATED 5TH JUNE, 1926.)

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914., and of every other power enabling them in this behalf do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture, hereby order :—

Prohibition of Landing of Carcasses of Goats.

I. From and after the date of this Order the Landing of Carcases Order of 1926 shall be read and have effect as if the prohibition in Article I. of that Order applied also to the landing of the carcase of any goats brought from any European Country outside Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Short Title and Construction.

II. This Order may be cited as the Landing of Carcases Order of 1926 Amendment Order, and shall be read as one with the Landing of Carcases Order of 1926.
