THE IRISH SAILORS AND SOLDIERS TRUST (TRANSFER OF LAND) ORDER, 1924.

I, the Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Land Trust Powers Act, 1923 , and of all other powers thereto enabling me, do hereby order as follows :—

(1) All land property or rights acquired by the Local Government Board for Ireland (hereinafter referred to as " the Board "), and vested in the Board on the first day of March, 1924 (hereinafter referred to as the " date of transfer ") shall, on the date of transfer, subject to all or any liabilities of the Board, incurred in respect of the said land, property, or rights and existing on the date of transfer, be transferred to and vest in the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Land Trust.

(2) This Order may be referred to as the Irish Sailors and Soldiers Trust (Transfer of Land) Order, 1924.

GIVEN under My Seal of Office, this seventh day of February, in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-four.
