THE LABOURERS (IRELAND) ORDER, 1924.

No. H. 215,101/1923.

In pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Labourers (Ireland) Acts, 1883 to 1919, as adapted by the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and of all other powers in this behalf enabling Me, I, the Minister for Local Government, after consultation with the President of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland, do by this My Order, make the following rule, that is to say :—

1. The fees and the amounts specified in the scale of costs prescribed by Rule 52 of the Labourers (Ireland) Order, 1912, as substituted by the Labourers (Ireland) Order, 1914, shall be and the same are hereby increased by an amount equivalent to 50 per cent. of such prescribed fees and amounts.

2. This Order may be cited as the Labourers (Ireland) Order, 1924.
