THE PORTAL INSPECTION ORDER OF 1924 AMENDMENT ORDER.

The Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the joint operation of the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Lands and Agriculture, hereby order :—

1. On and after the date hereof the yard described in the Schedule to this Order shall be deemed to be included in the Places of Inspection at Dublin Port described in the Portal Inspection Order of 1924, and the provisions of that Order shall be read and have effect accordingly.

2. This Order may be cited as " The Portal Inspection Order of 1924 Amendment Order."

In Witness whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have hereunto set their Official Seal this sixth day of October, nineteen hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

The yard, with concrete floor, known as the " Preston Yard," belonging to the British and Irish Steam Packet Company, Limited, situated in the Custom House Docks, in the City of Dublin, and entered from Commons Street, and having exit at Custom House Quay.
