REGULATIONS, DATED 13TH APRIL, 1923, MADE BY THE IRISH INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS AMENDING THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (INSURANCE COMMITTEES) CONSOLIDATED REGULATIONS (IRELAND), 1916.

The Irish Insurance Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 60 (1) (c) and 65 of the National Insurance Act, 1911, and in exercise of every other power them in this behalf enabling, do hereby with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, make the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Insurance (Accounts of Insurance Committees) Regulations 1923, and shall be read with Part VI. of the National Health Insurance (Insurance Committees) Consolidated Regulations (Ireland), 1916 (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal Regulations"),

2. The following paragraph shall be substituted for paragraph (b) of Article 42 (2) of the Principal Regulations:—

(b) Such amount, if any, as may be required to be transferred from the Sanatorium Benefit Fund to the Administration Fund in respect of the expense of administration of Sanatorium Benefit, regard being had to the sums available from other sources for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the Insurance Committee.
