STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1923. No. 5.GAS CHARGES

The Waterford Gas (Temporary Increase of Charges) Order, 1920. Revocation Order, 1923, made by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce on the tenth day of January, 1923, under the Statutory Undertakings (Temporary Increase of Charges) Act, 1918.

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Ministry, hereby orders as follows:—

1. The Waterford Gas (Temporary Increase of Charges) Order, 1920, (No. 138), is hereby revoked but without prejudice to anything done or suffered thereunder.

2. This Order may be cited as The Waterford Gas (Temporary Increase of Charges) Order, 1920, Revocation Order 1923.
