ORDER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION.

(Dated 3rd March, 1923.)

THE Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the joint operation of the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, and of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture of the Irish Free State, hereby order:—

The Importation of Dogs (Ireland) Order of 1902 Amendment Order of 1918 (No. 2), and the Importation of Dogs (Ireland) Order of 1902 Amendment Order of 1922, as far as they refer to the landing of dogs in the Irish Free State, are hereby revoked as from the date of this Order.

IN WITNESS whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have hereunto set their Official Seal this Third day of March, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-three.
