ORDER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION.

(Dated 2nd June, 1923).

THE Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in them under the joint operation of the Agriculture and Technical Instruction (Ireland) Act, 1899, and of the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1914, and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do, with the concurrence of the Minister for Agriculture of the Irish Free State, hereby order:—

1 Revocation.

1. The Importation (Sheep from Scotland) Order of 1916 (No. 3) Suspension Order of 1922 (No. 2) is hereby revoked.

2 Commencement.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 4th June, 1923.

IN WITNESS whereof the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have hereunto set their Official Seal this second day of June, nineteen hundred and twenty-three.
