Charge on Consolidated Fund under s_24 (1) of 10&11 Geo.5. c. 67, to extend to the growing produce of Fund.

41. Subsection (1) of section twenty-four of the Government of Ireland Act, 1920, which provides that certain sums are to he charged on the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom, shall have effect as if for the words “the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom ” there were substituted the words “the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom or the growing produce thereof.”
