	Extent of Part IV.	372. This Part of this Act shall not, except where otherwise expressly provided, apply to Scotland, or to any British possession.
		(i.) Provisions applying to all Fishing Boats and to the whole Fishing Service.
		The following sections shall apply to all fishing boats and the whole fishing service:—
		Fishing Boats Register.
