Transfer of winding up from county court.

59. Any proceedings in the winding up of a registered society which at the passing of this Act are pending in any county court may, on application made by or on behalf of the registrar, with the consent of the Treasury, be transferred to the High Court, and thereupon the Companies (Winding-up) Act, 1890,[2] shall, so far as applicable, apply thereto accordingly.
