Special Commission may issue.

113. The Lord Chancellor may issue a commission specially to any person or persons alone or in addition to the Masters, or one of them, if upon any occasion he thinks it proper to do so; and the psovisions of this Act so far as applicable shall extend to every commission so issued specially.
