Commissioners and visitors not to sign certificates.
|
33. A medical practitioner who is a Commissioner or a visitor shall not sign any certificate for the reception of a patient into a hospital or licensed house, unless he is directed to visit the patient by a judicial authority under this Act, or by the Lord Chancellor, or a Secretary of State, or a committee appointed by a judge in lunacy.
