The cities of London and Westminster, the counties of London and Middlesex, and the following parishes and places; (that is to say) Barnes, Kew Green, Mortlake, Merton, Mitcham, and Wimbledon, in the county of Surrey; Southend, in the county of Kent; and East Ham, Leyton, Leyton-stone, Low Leyton, Plaistow, West Ham, and Walthamstow, in the connty of Essex; and also every other place, if any, within the distance of seven miles from any part of the cities of London or Westminster, or of the borough of Southwark.
