Existence of land commission not to create vested interests.

No person being a member of the land commission other than the judicial commissioner, or being an assistant commissioner or employed by the land commission, shall by reason of such membership or employment acquire any right to compensation, superannuation, or other allowance on abolition of office or otherwise.
