Rules of court to provide for distribution of business.

35. All causes and matters which may be commenced in, or which shall be transferred by this Act to, the High Court of Justice, shall be distributed among the several Divisions and Judges of the said High Court in such manner as may from time to time be determined by any rules of Court, or orders of transfer, to be made under the authority of this Act; and in the meantime, and subject thereto, all such causes and matters shall be assigned to the said Divisions respectively in the manner herein-after provided. In distributing the general business between the Queen's Bench    .   .   .    and Exchequer Divisions, regard shall be had to any special jurisdiction vested in them respectively so as to apportion the business fairly between them.
