Expenses of prosecutions.
|
17. Where the prosecution of the bankrupt or arranging debtor under this Act is ordered by any court, then, on the production of the order of the court, the expenses of the prosecution shall be allowed, paid, and borne as expenses of prosecutions for felony are allowed, paid, and borne.
