Costs may be paid out of estate.

94. The Lord Chancellor intrusted as aforesaid may order the costs and expenses of and relating to the petitions, applications, orders, directions, conveyances, and transfers to be made in pursuance of this Act, or any of them, to be paid and raised out of or from the land or stock, or the rents or dividends in respect of which the same respectively shall be made, in such manner as he may think proper.
