Charges of renewal to be charged on estates.

61. Every sum of money and other consideration paid by a committee or other person, in the nature of or as a fine, premium or income upon renewal, and all reasonable charges incident thereto, may be paid out of the lunatic’s estate, or may, with interest, be a charge upon the leasehold premises, as the Lord Chancellor intrusted as aforesaid shall order.
