Report upon the death of lunatic not to be confirmed save by order of the Lord Chancellor.

54. A report of the matter to be made in pursuance of the provisions comprised in the fifty-second section shall not be confirmed otherwise than by an order of the Lord Chancellor intrusted as aforesaid, to be made upon the hearing of a petition to be presented by any party interested for the confirmation of such report.
