New trustees may be appointed, or vesting orders made, as under the Trustee Acts.

31. For the purpose of authorizing or of compelling a transfer to be made of any recorded estate or charge or any part thereof, the Court or a judge may make such orders and give such directions as to the appointment, removal, or change of trustees, or as to the vesting in them or in any other person of any land or charge, as the Lord High Chancellor is empowered to make or give under[1]
“The Trustee Act, 1850,” or any Act amending or extending the same.
