Recited Act not to come into operation until 1st June 1859.

[1.] The said Act shall be and the same is hereby rendered wholly inoperative until the first day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty, in the same manner as if it had been originally enacted by the said Act that the same should not come into operation until that time.
