Act to extend to Ireland only, except as to backing of Warrants.

XXXI. And be it enacted, That this Act shall be deemed and taken to extend to Ireland only, save and except the several Provisions respectively herein-before contained respecting the backing of Warrants, and also nothing in this Act shall be deemed to alter or affect the Jurisdiction or Practice of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench in Ireland.
