Fines and Recoveries (Ireland) Act 1834

The Court of Chancery to regulate the Fees to be paid for the inrolment of Deeds, &c.

LXVII. And be it further enacted, That it shall be lawful for His Majesty’s High Court of Chancery in Ireland, as to Deeds to be inrolled in Ireland under this Act, from Time to Time to make such Orders as the Court shall think fit touching the Amount of the Fees and Charges to be paid for the Inrolment of such Deeds, pa and to be paid for Searches for such Deeds in the Office of Inrolments, and to be paid for Copies of the Inrolments of Deeds under this Act, where such Copies are examined with the Inrolments, and signed by the proper Officer having the Custody of such Inrolments.
