Subscribers of one guinea for dispensary to be members of the establishment thereof for the year.

Every person who shall subscribe and pay towards the establishment or maintenance of any such dispensary any sum not less than one guinea, shall be a member of the establishment of such local dispensary of such county of a city or a county of a town for one year from the date of the payment thereof, for the management and direction of such dispensary.
