Election of six of the divisional justices.

5. And . . . that the other six divisional justices shall be elected to the said offices, subject to the approbation of the said lord lieutenant or other chief governor or governors of Ireland for the time being, and the privy council, in manner herein-after mentioned; and that the persons so to be elected shall be three aldermen of the city of Dublin and three sheriffs peers.
