25 G. 2. 12. continued by 31 G. 2. 9. fee. 9. and by 3 G. 3. 20. fee. 2. for 7 years from 1 June 1764, continued further 7 years, &c. from 1 June 1768.

VI. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That an act passed in the twenty fifth year of the reign of his late Majesty King George the second, entitled, An act for the more effectual execution of orders of courts of justice for giving and quieting possessions, and also for the more effectual bringing to justice such persons, as shall inlist his Majesty’s subjects to serve as soldiers in foreign service without licence, and which said act was by an act made in the thirty first year of the reign of his said late Majesty continued in force for seven years from the first day of June one thousand seven hundred and fifty eight and to the end of the then next session of Parliament, and by an act made in the third year of the reign of his present Majesty, entitled, An act for continuing, several temporary statues, was continued for seven years from the first of June one thousand seven hundred and sixty four, shall and may be further continued for seven years from the first day of June one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight, and to the end of the then next session of Parliament after the expiration of the said term of seven years.
