Offences determinable at assises or sessions.

III. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the judge and judges of assizes in their several and respective circuits, and the justices of the peace of every other place and county, where the judge or judges of assize do not sit, shall respectively have authority in their respective assizes and sessions within the limits of their authority and commission to inquire, hear, and determine all offences against this statute.
