All right and titles, except of the crown, remain as before.

III. Provided always, That nothing herein contained shall extend or be construed to avoid any right, title, estate, settlement, lease, charge, or other conveyance or incumbrance whatsoever in law or equity, made, done, or executed by the persons, whose estates or possessions are hereby confirmed, or by the person or persons, under whom he or they derive: but that the same, and all other right and titles, except the right and titles of her Majesty, her heirs and successors, to the said lands, shall be and remain of the same force and effect between the parties, against them and every of them, as if this act had never been made.
