Not to discharge any apprentice, Nor to infringe any title of honour, and privileges as peers.

XIII. Provided also, that neither this act, nor any thing therein contained, shall infringe or hurt any title of honour, foedal or other, by which any person hath or may have right to fit in the lords house of Parliament, as to his or their title of honour or fitting in Parliament, and the privileges belonging to them as peers; this act or any thing therein contained to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding.
