Restitution upon indictment of forcible entry, or detainer shall be given to the tenant for years by elegit, &c. as given to tenants of estates of free-hold.

II. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That such judges, justices, or justice of the peace, as by reason of any act or acts of Parliament now in force, are authorized and enabled, upon enquiry, to give restitution of possession unto tenants of any estate of free-hold of their lands or tenements which shall be entred upon with force, or from them with-holden by force, shall by reason of this present act have the like and the same authority and ability from henceforth (upon indictment of such forcible entries, or forcible with-holding before them duely found) to give like restitution of possession unto tenants for tearme of years, tenants by copy of court roll, guardians by knights service, tenants by elegit, statute-merchants and staple, of lands or tenements, by them so holden, which shall be entred upon by force, or holden from them by force.
