Construction. |
22.—(1) Section 26 (5) (b) of the Principal Act, as amended by section 14 (9) of the Act of 1976, shall be construed and have effect subject to sections 16 , 18 and 19 of this Act, and the other provisions relating to appeals to the Board of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Acts, 1963 to 1982, shall be construed and have effect subject to section 17 of this Act. | |
(2) Nothing in section 17 or 18 of this Act shall be construed as affecting any power conferred on the Board by or under any enactment other than those sections. |
