Alteration of memoranda and articles of association of certain designated bodies. |
26.—Each designated body which is a company shall take such steps as may be necessary under the Act of 1963 to alter its memorandum and articles of association to make them consistent with this Act or any order under section 23 or 25 of this Act which applies to the body. |
