35.—Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (7) of section 9 of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1898 , as amended by section 77 of the Local Government Act, 1925 (No. 5 of 1925), the representation of the Corporation on the Joint Committee of the Management of the Waterford District Mental Hospital shall until after the holding of the second city election after the passing of this Act, be the representation last-determined under the said sub-section (7) as so amended before the passing of this Act. |
