S.I. No. 275/2026 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th June, 2026.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport) Order 2026

2. Conor Gallagher, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport with effect from 18 November 2025.
