I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (2) of the Finance Act 2015 (No. 52 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2015 (Section 32(1)(b)) (Commencement) Order 2025. | ||
2. The 19th day of May 2017 is appointed as the day on which section 32 (1)(b) of the Finance Act 2015 (No. 52 of 2015) is deemed to have come into operation. | ||
