S.I. No. 645/2023 - Planning And Development, Maritime And Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement Of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th December, 2023.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The 16th day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 shall come into operation:

(a) sections 10 to 21,

(b) sections 23 to 40, and

(c) subsections (8) to (12) of section 41.
