S.I. No. 612/2023 - Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th December, 2023.

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 (3) and 18 (4) (as amended by section 35 (1) of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (No. 12 of 2003)) of the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 21 January 2024.

2. The Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 395 of 2015 ) are amended, in Regulation 2, by the substitution of the following paragraphs for paragraphs (d) and (e):

“(d) Angela Black;

(e) Eoin Motherway.”.
