S.I. No. 573/2023 - Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th November, 2023.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The 27th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation.
