S.I. No. 556/2023 - Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st November, 2023.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (7) of the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 26 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The 17th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 255 of the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 shall come into operation.
