S.I. No. 416/2023 - Infectious Diseases (EU Digital Covid Certificates) (Revocation) Regulations 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th August, 2023.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 and 31 (amended by section 34 of the Health Act 1953 (No. 26 of 1953)) of the Health Act 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (EU Digital Covid Certificates) (Revocation) Regulations 2023.

2. The following are revoked:

(a) the Infectious Diseases (EU Digital Covid Certificates) Regulations 2022 ( S.I. No. 139 of 2022 );

(b) the Infectious Diseases (EU Digital Covid Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 ( S.I. No. 181 of 2022 ).

These Regulations made under sections 5 and 31 (amended by section 34 of the Health Act 1953 (No. 26 of 1953)) of the Health Act 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) serve to revoke S.I. No. 139 of 2022 and S.I. No. 181 of 2022 .
