S.I. No. 372/2023 - Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Establishment Day) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st July, 2023.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 41 of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Establishment Day) Order 2023.

2. The 17th day of July 2023 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021).
