S.I. No. 220/2023 - Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th May, 2023.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No. 40 of 2022) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 1st day of May 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No. 40 of 2022) shall come into operation:

(a) section 8;

(b) Part 3;

(c) Part 4;

(d) Part 5;

(e) Part 6;

(f) Part 7, insofar as it is not already in operation;

(g) section 97.
