S.I. No. 213/2023 - Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th May, 2023.

I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (No. 3 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 3rd day of May 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Custodial Sentences) Act 2023 (No. 3 of 2023) shall come into operation.
